Dhalai Lama and Budhists have got past violence but they are persecuted for this. Let's hope that one day our planet will be free of all violence. We are caught in a horrible behavioural loop that seems to go on through the centuries. Fingers crossed we evolve into humans that won't allow violence or bullying of any kind. (ps, am not yet a diversity officer but been to one workshop). Diana Hi Mark

This sort of thing is and has gone on in the company that my wife works in both her and other girls are being bullied from the Managers & Foreman. I wish there is some way those Companies could be penalised for the way they treat staff and may be loose business to make them realise that they are doing to people. Dear Sir,

I'd like to share an extraordinary public art project that has a powerful diversity message to help change the world. World Unity, Inc. a non-profit organization is building a permanent landmark that will showcase the following poem: Are you greater than the sun/ that shines on everyone: Black./Brown, Yellow, Red and White/ the sun does not discriminate. (c). Over the years profound stories have been shared with me of the impact this poem has had on individuals from learning humility to learning forgiveness. We have been very fortunate to receive contributions from companies such as Deloitte, EMC, Putnam Investments, Monster.Com, Staples, Digitas, Citizens Bank Foundation, Arnold Worldwide, Aquent, Blue Corss Blue Shield, as well as universities such as Harvard University, Cambridge College, Northeastern University, Tufts University, Simmons and many more.
