    Hi,

I have been waiting for a page like this. Is there any limit to the questions of statements I can post. Things like topical events or issues that I want to make a point on?

    Hi Ruben,

Great to hear from you. We encourage you to start or comment on anything to do with diversity and inclusion. There is no limit to discussion content, aside of course from common sense.

We look forward to hearing from you.

I am an independent consultant in diversity management and development based in London UK. I visited Australia and New Zealand a few times in different organisations on study tours. I was impressed with their well structured and active programmes on diversity. Since then I have kept myself informed of diversity matters there. As I am interested to keep uptodate with the progress in the region, I welcome colleagues and participants in such activities to build up a link with me to exchange ideas and information.

    Greetings from Boston, Mass.

I thank talkdiverty.com for the opportunity to dialgoue, share ideas and success stories. It is always excitng to see the great work companies, organizations and individuals are doing to promote diversity and inclusion.

I’d like to share an extraordinary public art project that has a powerful diversity message to help change the world. World Unity, Inc. a non-profit organization is building a permanent landmark that will showcase the
following poem: Are you greater than the sun/ that shines on everyone: Black./Brown, Yellow, Red and White/ the sun does not discriminate. (c). Over the years profound stories have been shared with me of the impact this poem has had on individuals from learning humility to learning forgiveness. We have been very fortunate to receive contributions from
companies such as Deloitte, EMC, Putnam Investments, Monster.Com, Staples, Digitas, Citizens Bank Foundation, Arnold Worldwide, Aquent,
Blue Corss Blue Shield, as well as universities such as Harvard University,
Cambridge College, Northeastern University, Tufts University, Simmons and many more. We have a website at http://www.worldunityinc.org. Please visit our website and help us transform the world by passing along The Sun poem to friends and colleagues. Let us know what city and country your friend or colleagues live in. Thank you for your help.

Lastly, I am a diversity educator and trainer and have developed The Sun poem into a diversity tool. It is printed on bookmarkers, magnets and posters. It’s a simple tool that can be used every day to empower individuals to embrace diversity and inclusion. In two years I have planted this tool in 48 states and by the end of the month I anticipate it will be in every single state in America. Please visit my website at: http://www.asthesun.com. Thank you for your time and attention Sara

    Dear Sir,
Bullying is not dead in some work places it is sad to say and some bosses hide it or make it so bad for the complainant that they have to quit.
This sort of thing is and has gone on in the company that my wife works in both her and other girls are being bullied from the Managers & Foreman.
I wish there is some way those Companies could be penalised for the way they treat staff and may be loose business to make them realise that they are doing to people.
